Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the leather item in its original protective dust bag and box to prevent scratching, ensuring all original tags and hardware protectors are intact.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
